Around 16 million people speak it, primarily in Cambodia, with the major US Cambodian-American community in Long Beach (California), Lowell (Massachusetts), Stockton, and Philadelphia. Most of our Khmer translation work is civil documents and the citizenship and benefits paperwork for older first-generation refugees who arrived after the Khmer Rouge.
